What we are
Access247 Auto Locksmith is a mobile auto locksmith working from 6 Ederoyd Mount, Stanningley, Pudsey, Leeds LS28 7QX. We only work on vehicles. We do not fit house locks or cut front door keys, and that focus is the point: car security is a specialism, not a sideline.
Everything happens at your vehicle. Driveways, roadsides, station car parks, multi-storeys and business parks across Leeds, 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including Bank Holidays.
SERMI accredited
We are SERMI accredited, the European scheme that vets independent operators to access vehicle manufacturer security information. It involves an audit, a criminal record check and ongoing compliance, and it is renewed rather than issued once and forgotten.
For you it means two things. We can work on modern vehicles properly rather than guessing around their security systems, and somebody independent has checked who we are before we ever stand next to your car. Our certificate is on the SERMI page.
How we work
- A price before we travel. Tell us the make, model, year and what has happened and you get the number on the phone. No call-out fee.
- Proof of ownership, every time. Photo ID plus a V5C, insurance document or finance agreement. Anyone who does not ask for this should worry you.
- Honest about what we cannot do. A handful of very recent vehicles need manufacturer online access, and a few faults belong to a garage rather than a locksmith. We say so rather than charging for a wasted journey.
- Tested before we leave. Start, lock, unlock, boot and remote buttons, not one lucky attempt.
Our kit
The van carries automotive key cutting machines for standard and laser cut blades, dealer level programming and diagnostic equipment, EEPROM and module level tools for immobiliser work, and a full set of vehicle entry tools for opening cars without damage.
