What to have ready
Two minutes of information on the phone saves a wasted journey and gets you an accurate price straight away.
- Make, model and year of the vehicle
- What has happened. Locked out, key lost, key snapped, car will not start
- Where the car is. Street, car park name and bay, or the postcode
- Whether you have any working key at all, including one at home
- Your ID and proof you keep the car, such as the V5C or insurance on your phone
How quickly we can be there
It depends where the car is. West Leeds is closest to our base in Stanningley, and the far east of the city is a longer run. You get a live ETA on the call rather than a guess, and if we are on another job we will tell you so.
If a child or a pet is locked in a car, say so immediately and we will move you to the front of the queue.
